Head of Digital Growth & Demand Performance (Teradyne, US remote)

Opportunity Overview:
The Head of Digital Growth & Demand Performance is accountable for the commercial performance of Teradyne’s digital ecosystem, driving measurable business growth through digital demand generation, optimization, analytics, and governance.
This leadership role owns the global digital growth strategy and partners across regions, functions, and external agencies to deliver incremental leads, pipeline, and revenue while advancing digital maturity across the organization.
• Lead the global digital demand strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, aligned to business, regional, and segment priorities.
• Develop and execute experimentation, optimization, and conversion strategies across the digital funnel to improve lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, analytics, legal, privacy, security, and IT teams to establish governance standards for measurement, attribution, consent, and data quality.
• Build reporting frameworks and performance narratives that translate digital activity into actionable commercial insights and leadership decisions.
• Support growth through behavioral, competitive, and market analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital demand programs and ensure accountability to business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach digital marketing professionals, strengthening capability, confidence, and digital fluency across the organization.
• Ensure digital growth initiatives remain compliant, privacy-forward, scalable, and resilient in a changing regulatory and technology landscape.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving digitally sourced leads, pipeline, and revenue at global scale.
• Strong expertise in paid media, performance marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, and analytics.
• Experience establishing measurement, attribution, and performance governance frameworks across digital channels.
• Demonstrated success leading agency relationships and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders in global organizations.
• Working knowledge of privacy, consent, and data compliance requirements impacting digital marketing programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience within B2B, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technology environments preferred.
• Commercially minded leader focused on outcomes, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision making.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $106,200 - $170,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan:
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
