- The Business Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: processing payroll and employee benefits, on-boarding, workers compensation, personnel file maintenance, HR policies and procedures.
- This position supervises the front desk concierge/reception staff. The Business Office manager is responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Some Assisted Living experience in a Senior Living setting preferred.
- Must have experience with Human Resources and employee relations.
- Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in ADP payroll software a plus.
- Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast- paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be organized and effectively able to on-board new staff and maintain all required documents for Employees Personnel files.
