What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, age-appropriate care to critically ill patients
- Monitor complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
- Educate and support patients and families through difficult transitions
- Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
- License: Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
- Certifications:
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required within 90 days for experienced RNs, 6 months for new grads)
- CCRN preferred
- Experience:
- Previous CCU/ICU or step-down experience highly preferred
- Medical-surgical background considered with strong interest in critical care
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adaptability
