110 Grill Fall River is Now Hiring Servers & Bartenders!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our Fall River team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Nights and weekends are required , but we offer flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance.

Job Description:

Servers and bartenders are the front-line representatives of 110 Grill, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, attentive service at the guest’s pace, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Greet guests promptly (within 30 seconds) and maintain a positive, enthusiastic presence throughout service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu items and ingredients, including allergy and dietary information, to confidently answer guest questions.
• Approach every table and guest interaction with enthusiasm and professionalism, showcasing our food and service concept.
• Complete all opening, running, and closing side work, including setup and breakdown of the dining room or bar, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team by assisting with tasks such as answering phones, seating guests, running food and beverages, and supporting fellow team members as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
