Cable Assembler (Soldering Required)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join our dynamic team in Beverly, MA. As a Cable Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality cable assemblies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Soldering experience is a must, as you will be working with various components and wiring.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder cable assemblies according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus.
- Proven experience in cable assembly and soldering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
