Amergis Educational Staffing is proud to partner with a school in Hingham, MA to hire Special Education Paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year!

Position Details

• Location: Hingham, MA

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: 3 days, flexible on the days, 8:00 AM - 2:32 PM

• Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year

• Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour - based on experience

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings

• Assist with behavior support plans and academic activities

• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

Ideal Candidate Has

• Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support

• Comfort working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges

• Skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking

• Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in dynamic environments

• Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
