Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

Join a dynamic design firm where you will leverage your expertise in architecture to manage multiple projects concurrently. Utilize your proficiency in Revit and experience in all phases of design to lead and mentor a team, while engaging directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of architectural design projects.
• Produce comprehensive construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously.
• Engage in client interaction to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities.
• Participate in leadership discussions and decision-making processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit with at least 10 years of experience in the architecture field and 2 years managing projects.
• Experience with putting together a set of construction documents.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and experience with commercial interiors.
• Strong skills in client interaction and project management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

Work Environment

Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day from home, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

The office is located in the vibrant Seaport area, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants.

The team frequently collaborates internally and with external vendors, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
