We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with prior insurance industry experience (Personal Lines) to join our team and provide support to US-based insurance agencies.
The role involves:
- Handling clerical tasks
- Assisting with quoting policies
- Managing billing activities
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience speaking with clients
