Sustainable Talent is teaming up with a global leader in clinical diagnostics, environmental, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics testing as well as in agro-sciences CRO (Contract Research Organization) services to grow their team. We are looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to support our clients' scaling labs with Covid testing.

This position is based in Framingham, MA and is a Temp to Perm position. Pay between $22-26/hr. based on experience- wet lab experience preferred. This role is available for the day shift: Tues- Sat. 11a-7:30pm with the potential to do 4 days of 10hrs.

Laboratory Technologist Job Requirements

• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of test examinations.

• Maintain records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens.

• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.

• Follow the laboratory's established policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory's established acceptable levels of performance.

• Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and must immediately notify the supervisor, manager, or director.

• Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.

Laboratory Technologist Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

• Some Wet Lab experience preferred.
