What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homeowners from company-provided leads

• Build trust by walking customers through their HVAC/plumbing needs

• Present good/better/best solutions with financing options

• Close deals confidently and hit/exceed sales targets

• Work with install coordinators to ensure smooth job handoff

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, or home services a plus)

• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly

• Competitive, motivated, and hungry to close

• Organized and reliable with follow-up

• Team player who thrives in a high-lead, high-energy environment
