Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Over time, you’ll have a reduced caseload, taking on additional responsibilities such as mentorship , culture development , and supervision of newer clinicians . You’ll work side by side with the management team to drive the clinic’s success while growing into a managerial role.

This is not your average OT clinic! Families seek out this practice for the unique approach of using high intensity exercise as a change agent for sensory processing and regulation.  Sensory-informed and neurodiversity-affirming interventions are a priority!

Position overview:

• Full time, clinic based, in person, REDUCED CASELOAD as leadership responsibilities increase
• Choose a compensation structure that works for you! Clock-in / clock-out OR fee-for-service options
• On-target earnings: $80-95k/year
• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans applying to both 1:1 and group therapy sessions
• Work as part of an collaborative team
• Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education
• Work alongside the leadership team to mentor OTAs and newer clinicians
• Balance clinical work with management/business decisions

Qualifications:

• Active or pending MA Occupational Therapy License
• At least 5 years of pediatric experience required
• Commitment to our unique approach to therapy and ongoing professional development
• Strong management and people skills
• A desire to mentor clinicians and grow in longevity with the company
• Ability to work in person in Amesbury, MA
