Imagine your day

You arrive at our Weymouth, MA office, grab a coffee, and sync up with the Parts Manager. A university lab needs airflow controls by mid-week, a semiconductor plant is looking for replacement dampers, and a hospital calls with a rush order. You listen, clarify specs, select the right parts, place the orders, and keep customers updated from confirmation to delivery.

Our portfolio supports healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, university, and semiconductor facilities. Because we focus solely on airside solutions, our technical expertise runs deep, and we help clients choose precisely what they need for their applications.

What you will do

• Partner with the Parts Manager to facilitate parts sales while learning our product lines and customer use cases.
• Sell HVAC parts via phone, web, and in-person interactions.
• Field inquiries about products, projects, and order tracking with clear, timely communication.
• Match requirements to the correct parts and process orders accurately.
• Follow up by phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction after each sale.
• Prepare and package merchandise for pickup or shipment.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and control.

Your schedule and location

On-site in Weymouth, MA, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What you bring

• Strong customer service instincts and a helpful, solutions-first mindset.
• Fast, accurate typing with solid documentation and communication skills.
• HVAC background is helpful but not required—we’ll teach you the airside essentials.

Compensation

$29–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
