Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Support Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer services, problem-solving, and logistics coordination, preferably within the auto transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Customer Support team members.


• Service customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.


• Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their vehicle shipments.


• Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and deliveries.


• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the HubSpot, FreshDesk, Ring Central and CargoTel systems.


• Educate customers on service options, policies, and pricing structures.


• Support escalations and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in consumer/ retail customer support.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to learn technology


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• High attention to detail and organizational skills.


• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
