Job Description

Join Oracle's Marketing Communications team where you will play a key role in amplifying the brand and voice of Oracle's Government division. In this role, you'll help drive engagement across social channels, create compelling content and copy, and support strategic initiatives to enhance Oracle's market position in the public sector.

Working closely with cross-functional partners-from marketing and PR to events and executive leaders-you'll use your expertise to broaden our customer reach, foster engagement, and deliver a consistent message aligned with Oracle's values.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Amplify Oracle's Government brand voice and executive messaging across priority social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).

  • Collaborate in the creation of compelling copy and engaging content, ensuring alignment with Oracle's overall tone and public sector strategy.

  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and real-time coverage of key events.

  • Analyze and monitor social media analytics to track performance, optimize content, and report actionable insights.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, events, and executive communications teams, to support integrated campaigns.

  • Stay informed of key trends in public sector social media and provide recommendations for channel growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management with a proven focus on brand and executive-level content development.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and brand amplification.

  • SharePoint experience is required.

  • Experience with Slack is highly preferred.

  • Experience with Executive Messaging required.

  • Experience with Corporate LinkedIn content is required.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience drafting copy for multiple channels and audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience in public sector marketing and communications, ideally supporting government, defense, or intelligence organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).

  • Familiarity with paid/organic social tactics, influencer engagement, and event amplification.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
