Senior Business Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Senior Business Analyst will lead and participate in joint application design sessions with stakeholders
- Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout requirements, testing, and delivery
- Develop, execute, and review test strategies, scenarios, and test cases; Sign off on testing outcomes
- Document business requirements and support their development, testing, and validation
- Support end-user training materials and documentation
- Provide release stabilization support, including monitoring system changes and coordinating fixed strategies
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with vendors to define, test, and validate business requirements
- Communicate updates and changes to impacted stakeholders
- Provide backup support to other business analysts as needed
- Perform data queries and analysis
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, IT, or Healthcare Administration with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent healthcare administration experience
- Experience with HIPAA claims and payment transaction processing
- Strong business analysis skills supporting all phases of the system development lifecycle
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL proficiency
- Clear, effective communication and documentation abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Able to work independently or as part of a project team, delivering actionable analysis and recommendations
