We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Project Lead to support the District Manager across multiple client sites in the Metro area.
Hours:
Schedule & Hours:
- 24/7 operational support role
- Average 40–50 hours per week
- Flexibility required, including nights and weekends as needed
Job Duties:
- Support the District Manager with daily operational needs Lead and oversee cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and scope execution Assist with staffing coverage, training, and onboarding
- Respond to client needs, inspections, and service issues
- Support special projects and emergency coverage as needed
- Maintain clear communication with management and field staff
Requirements:
- Prior commercial cleaning or facilities leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between multiple sites
- Drug screening required
- Background check required
- Fingerprinting required (applicable to all facility types)
