Wire & Sinker EDM Operator/Setup Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Wire & Sinker EDM Operator/Setup Technician with experience operating and setting up Wire and Sinker EDM machines, preferably SODICK. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of meeting quality and efficiency standards. Some training will be provided.
Requirements
• Experience operating and setting up Wire and Sinker EDM machines (SODICK preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of inspection equipment, including comparators
• Ability to set up, operate, and monitor EDM machines to meet quality specifications
• Capable of meeting or exceeding company labor efficiency and quality guidelines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Programming experience is a plus
• Experience working in an ISO-certified environment is preferred
• Willingness to learn; on-the-job training will be provided
