Join Our Team at The Knoll – Seasonal Beverage Server, Check-In & Beverage Expeditor

Location: Nashoba Valley Winery, Bolton, MA
Seasonal Position | Now through November 9th

✔ Must be 21+ years old
✔ Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (weekend availability is required)
✔ Potential for additional weekday shifts during the season
✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet for your entire shift

About the Role

The Knoll is Nashoba Valley Winery’s seasonal outdoor restaurant , where our guests come for more than just a meal—they come for an experience . Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, guests enjoy locally crafted wines, beers, and spirits in a relaxed, scenic setting .

We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join us as Seasonal Beverage Servers, Check-In Attendants, and Beverage Expeditors . This is a fast-paced outdoor position covering 10,000 sq. ft. of service area , so being physically fit, active, and guest-focused is important.

What You Can Expect

• Primary shifts: Saturdays and Sundays (weekend availability is required)
• Potential for additional weekday shifts during the season
• Shifts typically Saturday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM or 12:30 PM–7:30 PM and Sunday- 10:30AM-5:30PM or 12:00p-5:30PM.
• $15/hour base pay (not $6.75 like many restaurants)
• Tip sharing – average $3–$12/hour depending on weather & season
• Team service approach – everyone supports all guests & all tables
• Training – during your first 30 hours recieve 50% of tip share
• No prior serving experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Serve beverages and food items while ensuring a pleasant guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving stations and guest areas
• Assist with beverage expediting to keep service running smoothly
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy times
• Engage with guests to share knowledge of our wines, beers, ciders, and spirits
