Investment Banking intern
This internship offers a practical route into investment banking for candidates who want more than just academic exposure. It is designed around the real responsibilities analysts handle, including valuation work, company research, financial modelling, and transaction support.
You will contribute to meaningful project work while developing a better understanding of how companies are assessed, how deals are structured, and how capital markets decisions are made.
Your Work May Include
Building and refining valuation models in Excel
Supporting research into industries, companies, and current market activity
Assisting with pitch books, presentations, and strategic materials
Reviewing business performance through financial statements and filings
Analysing M&A activity and transaction data
Supporting internal projects, scenario planning, and investment cases
Candidate Profile
Strong interest in investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance
Student, graduate, or equivalent early-career applicant
Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, and financial data
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Motivated, organised, and able to work independently
