Senior Administrative Specialist – Neuropsychology

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist to provide critical support in managing office operations, client services, and administrative workflows in a healthcare environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining stability while supporting company growth.

Location : Needham, MA (On-site)

Compensation : $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations and client communications, ensuring smooth scheduling and patient interactions
• Support billing processes, accounts receivable, and insurance-related activities
• Assist with HR functions such as credentialing staff and maintaining employee information
• Manage database systems, documentation, file organization, and technology support
• Track payments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvement
• Provide direct support to clinicians and leadership on projects and workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5+ years in administrative or office support, including substantial data entry experience
• Prior experience in healthcare administration, with exposure to insurance billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Onsite availability in Needham, MA

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
