Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Float Pool)

Location: Falmouth, MA 02540

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 36 hours/week | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Every Other Weekend | Rotating Holidays

Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry for an exciting job in Falmouth, MA.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

• Ability to perform own phlebotomy and IV starts

• Travel nursing experience preferred

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts

• BLS certification required

• Completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module

• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia Exam

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

• Provide thorough patient and family education

• Document care accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

• Administer medications safely and in accordance with organizational protocols

• Manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, chest drainage devices, and epidural analgesia

• Identify and report signs of neglect or abuse per legal requirements

• Deliver compassionate care to terminally ill patients and provide pain management

• Utilize effective time management and adhere to best practice standards

• Care for patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent clinical situations

• Support postoperative and orthopedic patient care needs

• Perform job duties in alignment with department policies, customer service expectations, and regulatory requirements
