Physical Security Team Lead - Boston, MA

Are you ready to take your security expertise to the next level? We're seeking a seasoned security professional to lead high-impact commercial installations while building and mentoring the next generation of security technicians. Lead a dynamic crew of 4-6 skilled technicians on major commercial security deployments that matter.

You'll orchestrate complex installations spanning:

• Advanced Access Control Systems
• Enterprise IP Camera Networks
• Network Infrastructure & Low Voltage Systems
• Fire & Life Safety Installations

As team leader, you'll mentor rising talent, coordinate directly with clients and project managers, and ensure flawless execution on every project.

Experience That Counts:

• 5+ years of proven leadership in security/low voltage field
• Track record of successful team management and client relations
• Hands-on mastery of security systems, access control, and networking
• Preferred Industry certifications (CCSP, CompTIA Security+, Fire Alarm License, or equivalent)

Travel & Growth Opportunity:

Year 1: Strategic Expansion Phase

• 50% travel for high-profile installations nationwide - out of market periods are Mon-Fri, no weekends.
• All travel expenses are covered upfront by Bluebird.
• Help establish regional hubs across the country

Year 2+: Local Leadership

• Reduced travel as regional operations mature
• Build and train local teams in your market
• Shape long-term operations in your area
