Clinical Director of Residential & Therapeutic Day Services

NCYF opened its doors in 1972 and became incorporated in 1976. We’re an experienced agency with multiple locations which provide foster care services, in home therapy, outpatient therapy, treatment residences , and therapeutic day programs. Clinical Director of Residential & Therapeutic Day Services
Northeast Center for Youth and Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Clinical Director of Residential and Therapeutic Day Services. This individual will be responsible for the effective delivery, supervision, and training of clinical care to youth placed in residential group homes and therapeutic day programs. The position requires monitoring of monthly productivity reports, facilitating staff meetings and trainings, and collaborating with the management team to implement and maintain agency policies. Other responsibilities include reviewing abd approving case documentation and insurance authorizations and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
Qualifications
Master's degree
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or another clinical license.
One-year prior supervisory experience,
Five years' prior clinical experience (at least two years with youth placed in out-of-home care) and be familiar with trauma-informed care.
Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC)
Approved driving background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
