Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hardcoat Plater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Hardcoat anodizing/plating operations and a strong understanding of processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Hardcoat anodizing/plating according to company and customer specifications

• Apply the 720 Rule and other industry standards to achieve accurate coating thickness

• Assist the Lab Technicians and Chemists with monitor chemical baths

• Use micrometers and precision measuring tools to verify coating dimensions

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper plating requirements

• Perform accurate math calculations related to plating thickness and tolerances

• Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and uniformity

• Maintain accurate process records and documentation

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

• Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Hardcoat plating/anodizing (required)

• Strong knowledge of the 720 Rule for Hardcoat anodizing

• Skilled in using micrometers and other precision measuring tools

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong math skills for process calculations

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
