The Store Manager is responsible for driving net sales and operating profit while delivering an exceptional client experience. A day in the life…

Delivering Results: Achieve or exceed budgeted net sales, identify growth opportunities, and plan local events that drive traffic and sales.

Client Experience & Culture: Champion the Lilly Pulitzer brand, build lasting client relationships through strong product knowledge, and resolve client issues positively.

Leadership: Manage payroll and expense budgets, delegate divisions of responsibility, and inspire the team through the company’s Core Values.

Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performing, positive team environment.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold visual and operational standards.

Qualifications for the Position

5+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail (four-year degree preferred, not required).

Strong understanding of specialty retail: business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology; XStore & Tulip knowledge a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet throughout shifts.

Full-time salaried, exempt position (average 40-hour week), eligible for standard company benefits.

Based in-store; may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays per company policy.

Requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and Code of Conduct; reviewed annually.
