We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with principals and designers on projects of varying size and complexity. This will involve all phases of design, from conceptual planning through to construction administration, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. To be considered for the Project Designer position, candidates must have a Professional Architectural Degree with architectural training, along with the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of residential design experience
• CAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup experience
• 2D rendering and 3D modeling experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Experience with Archicad a plus, but not required

Skills:

• Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively on project teams, and work well under deadlines
• Flexibility to travel within the Greater Boston area
• Effective and proactive verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Exceptional design visualization skills
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
