As our growth continues, we’re pleased to offer an opportunity for a Full-Time Seasonal Aeration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional aeration services to our clients while maintaining top-quality customer service.

This full-time seasonal position runs through October, with the potential for year-round employment in other areas of the company.

We offer a competitive salary of $20 - $23 per hour based on experience with eligibility for benefits. Responsibilities:

• Perform professional aeration services for residential and commercial lawns.
• Safely operate and transport aeration equipment, including driving a truck and trailer.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Keep the assigned truck and equipment clean.
• Meet production goals for aeration services.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet department goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma & valid driver’s license.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• 6+ months of client service and/or general labor experience.
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good manual dexterity & excellent stamina.
• Work long hours during peak production times Mon–Fri & Saturday as needed.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Pass background check.
