Job Opportunity – Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Provider – Massachusetts

Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday; 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Generally Wednesday through Friday with flexibility to cover Monday/Tuesday when needed. No weekends. No holidays. No nights.
Highlights:
- Inpatient Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery role in a hospital setting
- Manageable daily census of approximately 10 adult patients
- Epic EMR system for streamlined documentation
- Comprehensive patient care including H&Ps, orders, labs interpretation, bedside procedures, and plan of care development
- No call, weekend, or holiday coverage required
- All-inclusive travel support provided
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Active or eligible Massachusetts state license
- 1-2 years of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery experience
- Epic charting system experience required
- BLS certification
- Please note: credentialing timeframe is 90+ days
