Overview - Are you a detail-oriented organizer who gets satisfaction from seeing projects come together beautifully—from the first template sketch to that final, perfect installation? GerrityStone, one of New England's largest and most technologically advanced fabricators, is looking for a Project Manager to guide our custom countertop and stone projects for kitchen/bath designers, architects, builders, and contractors.
This is a collaborative, well-supported role where you’ll work hand-in-hand with our experienced team in a smooth, proven process backed by state-of-the-art equipment and clear systems - all while representing a company known for quality, top notch processes, and trust. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including templating, material selection, fabrication, and installation for granite, marble, quartz, and custom stone projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and builders post-sale, setting expectations, providing updates, and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales managers, account reps, fabricators, schedulers and installers to track progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Occasionally conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements, assess progress, and confirm installations meet specifications.
- Communicate and provide timelines, estimates, post template documents/ approvals, slabsmiths, and project close out documentation to support a successful project.
- Collaborate with others on the sales and project management team, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to team strategy.
- Represent GerrityStone in client meetings and industry events, fostering strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in countertop fabrication, stone materials, home design, or related building industries (e.g., kitchen and bath design, construction project management, etc).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including verbal and written interactions with clients and team.
- Familiarity with stone fabrication processes and materials is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and software for scheduling, quoting, and collecting payment.
- High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; valid driver's license required for occasional site visits.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
