LaSalle Network is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Northeast Region (CT, DE, KY, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV). Regional Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing distributor and channel partner accounts

• Develop new business by prospecting engineers, designers, OEMs, and fabricators

• Deliver presentations and training sessions to distributor sales teams

• Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and industry events to expand brand presence

• Partner with leadership to establish sales objectives and penetration strategies

• Provide market research and competitor insights to adjust territory strategies

• Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver

Regional Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience

• Background in industrial, OEM, or distribution sales strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools

• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region

Targeted compensation for the position includes a large benefits package inclusive of 401k, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more. Base Salary- $70-80,000k + Commission
