Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

The role provides a structured paid training program designed for recent CDL school graduates, experienced mentors, and a path to regular regional driving with predictable schedules.
- $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview:
- Predictable regional routes serving New England and the Northeastern United States, based from Springfield, MA
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Home time options: home weekly or home every other week
Training program:
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Work with an experienced mentor to focus on safety and gain practical road experience
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
- Availability to start as soon as possible
