We are looking for a Software Engineer, Operations who is passionate about solving complex problems and improving operational efficiencies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to optimize our systems, automate operational tasks, and enhance the overall user experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support for customer inquiries escalated from the Customer Support team.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for production errors and propose system changes to minimize future incidents.
  • Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks.
  • Work on the development of our internal Admin application and other software tools.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development , preferably in operations or technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in databases and SQL.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automation tools and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python or Node.js .
  • Knowledge or experience in using Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
