BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. seeks Data Science and Analytics II, Data Science and Digital Innovation in Cambridge, MA: Job Duties: Collect and organize data from publicly available information including global health authorities and other public or purchased sources for regulatory analytical needs. Maintain the databases for regulatory analytical projects, which include data analysis, visualization, and reporting. In collaboration with Global Regulatory Affair, apply the analytical framework to assist the regulatory landscape analysis for advising BeOne regulatory affairs. Develop innovative solutions to collect, monitor, analyze, report, and generate insights on data governance and privacy requirements on clinical data per regional regulatory requirements. Test and document such utilities. Identify and propose solutions to limitations or inefficiencies in BeOne regulatory analytical capabilities. Identify opportunities in process, stakeholder adjustments, and tools to continuously be compliant with regulations of clinical data protection. Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to statisticians, data managers, clinical operations, medical monitors, safety officers, EDC builders, quality, legal personnel to develop and optimize cross functional procedures in which regulation and compliance are critical. Support additional research activities conducted by Data Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, and other groups when appropriate. Attend health technology or relevant conferences and incorporate technological progress into developments of BeOne strategies. **_Full-time telecommuting is an option._** Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Healthcare Data Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or closely related field or a related quantitative discipline, and 3 months of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Database Architecture, Maintenance, Security, and access; (2) Data Scraping with analytical and automated methods; (3) Python; (4) AWS; (5) Pandas; (6) Spark; (7) SciPy.
