Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Winthrop, MA where you will assist patients with recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. This opportunity supports professional development and offers exposure to varied caseloads in a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of assignment.
  • Minimum 1+ year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient/clinic care setting required.
  • Strong patient handling skills, transfer techniques, and interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and multitask in a clinical environment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced clinic settings preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0700–1500.
  • Schedule pattern: 5x8.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 0700–1530; Tuesday, Thursday: 1030–1900 as described in clinic schedule.
  • No weekends. No major holidays at most clinics.
  • Clinician expected to wear scrubs or business casual attire.
