About the Role:
Join SOLSTICE POOL & SPA LLC as a Swimming Pool Tech and dive into a rewarding career in pool maintenance and service! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about creating enjoyable swimming experiences for our customers in Grafton, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools.
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool care.
- Install and maintain pool accessories and safety equipment.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Certification in pool operation or maintenance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
