About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool care.
• Install and maintain pool accessories and safety equipment.
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Certification in pool operation or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
