Picture this: it’s 6:00am in Springfield. You step onto the production floor and start racking components that will be plated and anodized to precise specifications. Every move you make—reading work instructions, counting parts, checking quality—pushes our team toward the day’s goals. If that sounds like a challenge you’d enjoy, keep reading.
Your impact- Execute safe, accurate racking based on documented specs and procedures.
- Interpret written and verbal instructions and apply basic math to the job.
- Audit in-process quality on the rack and alert your supervisor to defects immediately.
- Keep your area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with peers to meet output targets and elevate workflow efficiency.
- Experience with plating, metal finishing, or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to consistently follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Keen eye for detail with strong quality-control instincts.
- Comfort working in humid/hot environments and around chemical odors; you must not be allergic or sensitive to chemicals.
- Background or proficiency in machine building/assembling.
Platers, Packers, Maskers, Rackers, Anodizer & 2nd shift Inspector
Schedule and pay- Schedule: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-F and alternating Saturdays 6am-11am
- Pay: $18.00-$21hr, depending on position and experience
Full time, temp-hire opportunity.
Compliance- Must be able to pass a drug test
