Customer Service Representative - Remote

What You'll Do + Be the go-to expert on our products and services. + Answer calls and emails promptly, providing clear and helpful information. + Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accuracy every step of the way. + Navigate multiple EMR systems to manage patient records and authorizations. + Complete insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations when needed. + Communicate with patients and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
