Precision Auto is looking for a friendly and driven Automotive Service Advisor with 1-3 years of experience who wants to grow with one of the top shops in Western MA. We’ve been in business for 20 years and have been voted the Top Auto Repair Shop in West Springfield for 10 straight years . We’re growing fast and opening more shops soon, and we want the right person to grow with us.
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Precision Auto, you’re the face of the shop. You’ll greet clients, communicate clearly, stay organized, and help guide people through their repair or maintenance needs. You’ll work with a team that’s supportive, positive, and focused on growth. We’ll train you, support you, and give you every tool you need to succeed.
