Sales Transaction Support Specialist

DASSAULT SYSTEMES is looking for a motivated Sales Transaction Support Specialist to join our team working from our Waltham, MA or West Lafayette, IN offices or one of our many offices across the United States, in an onsite/hybrid role .
Support end-to-end sales transaction execution for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely, accurate processing of contract activities, subscription changes, and commercial documentation.
Partner with Sales teams to provide pipeline visibility and operational support that enables accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and smooth quarter-close execution.
Prepare and deliver customer-facing proposals, quotations, and contract updates in advance of key commercial milestones to support customer retention and continued growth.
Manage ongoing account contract activities, including subscription adjustments, extensions, and related commercial actions, ensuring execution aligns with established KPIs and customer expectations.
Track account-level transaction progress and proactively identify risks to bookings or customer continuity, escalating issues early through cross-functional collaboration and weekly business cadences.
Maintain account accuracy and compliance by processing contract updates (STOPs, TOSs, amendments) promptly and ensuring CRM and system data integrity.
Ensure all customer commercial activities are properly linked to sales opportunities, with accurate tracking of revenue, forecast category, close dates, and transaction status.
Participate in quarter-close and Top Deals discussions to surface execution risks, support resolution of customer issues, and enable timely booking outcomes.
Stay current on Sales Delegation policies, portfolio rules, and pricing governance, supporting Sales Executives with complete and compliant commercial submissions and approvals.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Pricing, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and customers to obtain approvals, generate quotations, and resolve order or contract-related questions.
Manage order fulfillment and licensing processes, including standard and non-standard license key requests, media orders, expiring key extensions, and coordination with licensing teams through completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required, a Master’s is preferred
4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales execution, or customer-facing commercial support
Experience working within an integrated CRM platform (Salesforce preferred
Strong understanding of sales transaction processes, account management workflows, and customer commercial needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple concurrent workstreams
Experience in business analysis, finance systems, or project execution is a plus
Strong customer-facing communication skills with a focus on professionalism and service excellence
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
