Project Manager
Our client in Middleboro, MA is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Manage and oversee all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.
- Create detailed stock lists based on job requirements.
- Apply knowledge of various installation equipment and construction methods.
- Manage projects as a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Ensure safety in all project activities.
- Manage various projects from basic installations to high-security installations.
Qualifications of the Project Manager
- Prior experience as an effective leader in project management.
- 5-years minimum experience in construction - Civil Preferred, fence or Guardrail a plus
- Superior planning and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software such as BlueBeam.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adjust on the fly.
Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm. Pay depends on experience, $80-$110k
