What You'll Do:

·Greet and assist current and prospective residents

·Conduct property tours and highlight community features

·Process applications and prepare lease agreements

·Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person

·Use your customer service or sales experience to meet leasing goals

·Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and retention strategies

·Light administrative tasks like filing, answering phones, and making coffee

What You Bring to the Table:

·6+ months of apartment leasing experience

·Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English

·Familiar with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon – a plus!)

·Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

·Reliable transportation

·Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service
