Warehouse Specialist

The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team and help us deliver on our core promise: shipping the right parts accurately and on time, every time.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll work alongside a tight-knit team to receive, store, pick, and ship product that keeps our customers’ operations running. You take ownership of your work, support your teammates, and bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Receive, verify, store, and move material accurately with minimal supervision — this includes receiving, delivery, issue, and all material movement tasks.

• Pick and audit orders to make sure what goes out the door is exactly what was ordered.

• Repack and relabel product for inventory and fill returnable bins.

• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and jump into projects as needed.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.

• Coordinate with drivers on special needs — trailer loading, product arrangement, and last-minute changes.

• Take ownership of your workload while staying plugged into the team and supporting where needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

A Typical Week Looks Like

Most of your time is spent in the physical flow of the warehouse — receiving freight, stocking product, picking orders, and keeping inventory counts accurate. You’ll rotate through different areas of the warehouse and no two days look exactly the same. The throughline: accuracy, speed, and taking pride in the work.

• Positive attitude — you bring good energy to a fast-paced environment and stay focused on getting it right for the customer.

• Problem-solving — when day-to-day shipping challenges come up, you troubleshoot and find solutions instead of waiting for someone else to fix it.

• Physical capability — ability to safely lift at least 50 lbs.

Strongly Preferred:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management in a distribution environment.

• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.

• Any background that shows you take pride in accuracy and doing the job right.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 - $45,000/year, plus bonus opportunity
