EMBRACE YOUR ROLE AS A PAYROLL & BILLING COORDINATOR
As a Payroll & Billing Coordinator at All State Flagging, your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll, reviewing employee timecards, preparing invoices, and assisting with billing operations for projects throughout New England. You will work closely with field employees, customers, and internal departments to ensure payroll and billing information is accurate, timely, and properly documented.
This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain payroll records, respond to employee and customer inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of company operations. Attention to detail and effective communication will be essential as you coordinate with various team members to resolve discrepancies and meet important deadlines.
As a key member of the administrative team, your work will directly contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of both our employees and clients.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PAYROLL & BILLING COORDINATOR
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous payroll, billing, administrative, or scheduling experience is preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of experience using ADP and QuickBooks.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently will help ensure success in this position.
Knowledge and skills preferred for the position include:
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak fluent English
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Minimum of 1 year experience using ADP and QuickBooks required
• Payroll, billing, or administrative experience required
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
