Job Summary:

We are hiring immediately for a detail-oriented Invoicing Associate to process and monitor payments efficiently. This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume invoice processing within an Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process & verify invoices in compliance with financial policies
  • Enter high volumes of invoice data accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payments by following established guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable or Invoicing (internships included)
  • Proven ability to process hundreds of invoices in financial systems
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with financial software or ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills for internal collaboration
