Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute settings preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Work Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week implied by shift details.
  • VMS Contract Length: 13 weeks.
