Experienced Leasing Consultant – Chelsea, MA 02150
Join an exciting lease‑up at a brand‑new community! You’ll help launch a new property, guide applicants through the leasing process, and use your affordable‑housing experience to keep everything running smoothly.
Job Description
- Support a full lease‑up for a new property
- Assist with tours, applications, and resident qualification
- Maintain accurate leasing files and LIHTC compliance documents
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
- Use property management software to process leases and maintain records
Required Skills
- Previous leasing consultant experience
- LIHTC/low‑income housing experience (required)
- Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced lease‑up environment
- Some Saturday availability as needed
Schedule & Pay
- 8:30am–5:00pm
- Some Saturday availability as needed
- $24–$26/hr, based on experience
- Contract role
