Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) - Greater Boston
Client and Clinical Support
- Partner with clinicians to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate ibot® configurations
- Conduct Complex Rehab Technology assessments and home environment evaluations
- Deliver devices, ensure proper equipment fit, and provide hands‑on user training
- Demonstrate product operation and ensure safe, effective use of the ibot® PMD
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with clinicians, rehab facilities, and community partners
- Identify new opportunities to expand awareness and adoption of the ibot® PMD
- Conduct in‑services, product demonstrations, and educational sessions
- Review seating specifications and orders for accuracy
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth configuration, delivery, and follow‑through
- Assist with insurance documentation and processes as needed
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Uphold RESNA's Code of Ethics and all company policies
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the test
- Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver license
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, a rehab facility, clinic, DME environment, or other applicable environments
- Experience with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Ability to physically train new users for basic ibot® operation and ibot® stair climbing
- Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel as needed domestically by car and plane
