Maintenance Technician Quincy,MA
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance. This position will be primarily located in Quincy, MA.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. on Yardi Iphone App
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in performing repairs and inspections. This includes but is not limited to move-out/move-in inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs,
- Respond to emergency calls during on-call rotation.
- Preserve the beauty of the buildings and the property through general upkeep and ground maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair,
- Plumbing License and/or HVAC Certification a plus
- Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
- The ability to lift fifty pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability using various software and apps.
- Knowledge of safety measures and precautions to ensure a safe work environment.
- Fluent in English
