Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (electrical construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain smooth project execution.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documentation.

• Plan manpower allocation, equipment use, and inspection schedules.

• Ensure all installations adhere to electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally focused on electrical projects.

• Strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as ConEst or similar software.

• Familiarity with NEC regulations and industry standards for electrical work.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
