Implementation Analyst (Contract)
Location: Portland, OR or Northampton, MA | Hybrid | Some travel to Augusta, ME required

The Role
As an Implementation Analyst (Contract), you will serve as a trusted liaison between client stakeholders and Windsor’s technical team during a major system implementation. This role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and change navigation skills. You will guide stakeholders through system transition, managing competing priorities, guiding testing, facilitating training, and ensuring that business processes are successfully supported.
Occasional travel to Augusta, Maine is a part of this role. You will spend time on-site with client program staff, building relationships, facilitating discussions, and helping teams adopt new systems.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the main point of contact for client program staff and Windsor’s implementation team
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Gather, document, and validate business needs
• Navigate change by helping client staff understand system capabilities and workflows
• Facilitate meetings, explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, and capture decisions and action items accurately
• Support data validation and testing during system migration
• Assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as needed
• Develop user guides/desk manuals, and training materials to support adoption
• Deliver or support user training sessions, both in person and virtually

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five or more years of experience in systems coordination, systems analysis, or software implementation support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience with enterprise systems, system configuration, or change control processes
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to travel to Augusta, ME for client engagement
• Strong background in both end-user training and testing coordination, bridging technical accuracy with effective knowledge transfer
